The Mauro Villa is a stone built bungalow villa that is decorated to a very high standard and gives a modern feeling. The villa has two double rooms and two single rooms that are fully furnished. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a plasma television. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Mauro Villa has a wide range of facilities including two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, an equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine and a microwave. The front door of the villa opens onto the hallway that has entrance to a large sitting and dining area. The sitting area is fully equipped and has a plasma television with satellite channels. There is a barbecue area in the garden that can be accessed by the French doors that are located in the sitting room.  The villa offers a perfect garden for children to run and play in.
