The Mollorca Aquarium is located within in the region of Porto Cristo. The Aquarium is spread over two floors and it covers an area of two thousand square meters. This aquarium features a wide range of species and there are over one hundred and fifteen displays. Some of the fish that they have are from the coral reefs in Australia and some of the miniature fish are from the rivers in Brazil. Some of these displays even feature piranhas. These displays feature a wide range of different fauna and flora some of which are from the Mediterranean Sea.
This aquarium provides the idea day out for all the family. There is something at this aquarium to please the young and old alike.
The aquarium is open all year round and it opens at half past ten in the morning and closes at half past six in the evening. This aquarium only charges visitors a small amount to get into the display. For children eight years and older it costs five euros. Children aged between fours years of age and eight years of age only need to pay an admission fee of two and a half euros. The children under four years of age are able to get into the aquarium for free.
The Mallorca Aquarium provides an excellent day out for people of all ages and there is a wide range of displays, which will excite the young and old alike. This aquarium is the ideal thing to do on a wet day.
